ordered 3 of these on the Monday arrived on the Wednesday. £2.97 each. I bought one about a year ago and was very impressed with it. you plug it into your lipo charge socket, it shows you on the back in very small writing how to connect it with the right polarity with the number of lipos listed in ascending order from 1-6. It makes a very loud shriek on first connecting and to tone this down I stuffed blue-tack into the two mini output sirens. The item then runs through the voltages of each lipo in turn starting with number one. At the end it flashes up the total voltage of the whole pack. The accuracy turned out to be very good. All four of these devices were within plus or minus .01 volt of each other when tested on the same lipo pack and all four were within plus or minus .01 volt of my multimeter used on the same lipo pack. That is almost unbelievable accuracy and I can only believe it because I was able to test four of them. Fantastic product ten stars.

Excellent little checker, accurate enough for our needs and light enough to fit in the model as a back up for your timer. Shame it doesn't have the facility to alter the 3.3v low voltage alarm to a higher voltage. I got some of the 8s checkers that do have that function but unfortunately they are nowhere near as accurate as this one for some reason.

Bought 2, one worked ok the other went in the bin, as the alarm sounded even when the pack was fully charged. The voltage reading on the good one was not particuly accurate as different cells read different voltages even though the pack was balanced (confirmed as inaccurate my a fluke meter) There is no button to adjust the cut of point but the alarm is very loud. As the voltage measurement on cell 4 is wrong it is no good for my flight packs but have now installed it on a 2 cell pack receiver pack on a Trex 700 and it is working great. I guess it's a bit of a lottery with this item but for just under3 quid was worth taking the risk.

Very disapointed to discover you can not set alarm range, I use these to prevent speed controler from shutting down power in flight no point having them if the alarm goes off after that event. Sending mine back. First time in 2 years I have been disaponted in an order Rob.

Very prompt delivery. When I tested it by plugging into the Li- Pos balance plug I almost dropped it because of the alarm volume. You certainly can't ignore this one!

Mine didn't seem to have the push button on the end. No matter - it works just fine. 3.3v cut off is OK by me. Most li-Pos have had enough by then anyway! I've been using this on my quad and it does a great job. It is also good to see how out of balance the pack really is immediately after discharge (It surprised me!)

Bought this item on 23rd June 2011 for £2.88 and it arrived the next day which is good. It says in the blurb that you can alter the cut off voltage at which the alarm sounds. But that is not true. At least on the one I was sent it is not true. So if you buy it because you want to be able to set the cut off voltage slightly higher than the fixed 3.3volts, then you are going to be a bit cross. It does give an accurate reading though, but it flicks through the readings quite fast so you have to be sharp about it. I'm giving it five stars because of the price, but I was slightly miffed. But the price calmed me.
