So, I bought one of these a while back for my Fox conversion. It is being used with a F1818 3800KV motor, and does so brilliantly. The motor is rated at 9.6A and this ESC, but it will easily give the motor 10A when needed. Full throttle (10A) works for about 25 secs, before the ESC reduces power to the motor, to about 40%. This is probably as there is very little airflow past it, but this doesn;t matter as the plane is so powerful anyway.
The reason I have rated it at 4* instead of 5, is because over the month I have had it, both the battery cables have come off, I have resoldered, but have had to remove the protective heatshrink.
Other than that, great buy and I am getting 4 more for my Quadrocopter :)
