This is a good little motor, I have it wired up to a SP30a speed control, for a budget setup in my Gee Bee foamie. This and a 1000mah 3 cell lipo with a 8 x 4 apc type prop from GC gave 165 watts with all equipment cool. I expect I will be able to push the prop size up a bit to say 9 x 4 without getting to close to the 20 c rating of my lipo. Cruise throttle setting yields about 7 amps, 3/4 throttle about 10 amps, from there to full throttle it jumps to about 16.5 amps. A note to make was that my motor turned up red in colour not the blue shown in the photo.
I am well pleased with the results and also with the service from GC, Can't wait to give it a go in the air.
