Very Handy unit , Fits onto my Aurora 9 nicely and now I've got ppm sum, helps reducing the wires on my Tricopter.

Usual excellent, rapid delivery from Giantcod. Many thanks. The unit is neat and was straight forward to install. I've set it up to work through the trainer socket of a Futaba 6EX TX so it can be moved to other TXs. Worked first time and bound to a D8R-SP RX. Reassuring to see the RX battery voltage displayed. Next step is a flight to check the range.

Fast shipping as always thanks Rob. Regarding the module: Assembly is so simple and easy that it was frustrating, I expected it to be a little more challenging, I'm using it in a Graupner MC24, the plugs are a bit tall so I cut them and solder the wires directly to the module pin board. Simple to operate, very intuitive, I have been using Frsky for the past 18 months and it has been just perfect without any problems at all. Binding procedure done in a old non telemetry module, it works perfectly, now I'm waiting for telemetry modules. Another great product from Frsky like always. Cheers Carlos Marcal Lisbon, Portugal

I received the module in next to no time as is the norm for Giant Cod and within 30 minutes it was installed and working. If I was considering buying it again I would think about the screen sitting on top on the transmitter as its a bit of an eye sour, only a minor point though. I'm sure there's some one out there who could get the information onto the TX screen with a bit of reprogramming. All in all it does what it says on the tin and watching the receiver battery voltage in real time on the screen takes one worry out of flying a model.

I have not had the same experience as the others. Yes it is easy to set up and bind. Navigating the menus is a different matter, how do you get back to menu when in data?. What does the top left button do?. Why is the internal clock at 11hours 50 odd minutes when it arrives ? can you reset it?. Why do they glue a piece of plastic inside the case to force the board against the switches?. My screen has dark spots came with no protector and fingerprints preinstalled. I suppose you buy Chinese and get what you pay for, but I wouldn’t wedge a switch in a plane that I constructed to make it function. My original review was far more detailed but it appears that the server didn’t like it!.

Just arrived today and well this is about as plug n play as it comes worth every penny Out of the box it came with a very detailed instruction manual only three wires to connect LOL the thing came straight to life and a very clear display but yet to try outside in day light or sunny conditions . One of the best things about this is it should work with just about all modern Transmitters as long as you can find a ppm outlet which with the help of Google isn't too hard to do as i said three wire poss neg & ppm AND the tx part is already built into the unit and is fully upgradeable so now i will have a redundant DFT unit If like me order a blancing module (if using futaba unit) so you can hide the spare cable inside and it also makes the transmitter look better 10/10 for the unit and quality 10/10 for Rob bring the units in at a fair price

Just updated my graupner MC15 TX with this module. Installing ist not a problem and done in 30 minutes. (there are only 3 cables to connect instead of the old 40Mhz module) Works great with 8ch 2.4ghz Frsky 2 way receiver D8R II.
