As a long time customer who used to talk to the 'Big Fish' , Rob if I had a Query in the very early days, he does exist, he always resolved my problems to my satisfaction , and would call me back if some thing couldn't be resolved at the time. These batteries are cheaper now than under 'Cod'. They were over £5. I used to ask Rob ' why don't you charge more , but still under cut the other suppliers' , and he always maintained he wanted the best deal for the customer he could get without loosing out himself. If you critics thing the Cod/Shark is now ripping you off, why don't you try to buy and import your own gear, it will cost you more, better still , set your own business up and under cut the prices. I doubt you will get any where near these prices . Lipo's are about 1/2 the original prices 7years ago. I have always been treated fairly about faulty products, the prices are still great, I will remain a customer.
