Good quality & A.O.K for what I needed - I only wanted this for some prop & power tests on a C63 motor & more than pleased with it - as I actually wanted one of these with a 10mm prop shaft - read on.
Worth Noting:
1) Mine was supplied in a plastic box with EMP labels confirming the description given above.... i.e. "Motor axle hole dia 10" & "Paddle axle diameter 12".... However the prop shaft ("paddle axle") is actually 10mm - which was better for me, as I prefer this to 12mm anyway.
2) However... the supplied serrated prop washer IS for a 12mm shaft, so either needs centering with some sleeving etc. or substituting with a 10mm prop washer.
3) The prop shaft is not long enough to screw-on the cone if using a a prop thicker than about 12mm at the hub (such as the larger "TGS Sport Propellers" here on GC, which are about 20mm thick at the hub).
