These purple beasts are the Turnigy motors in a different case. They are made in the same factory to the same spec. Underneath the purple exterior you'll find the same motor. They come under many guises -- Purplepower, Wasp, Thumper, Turnigy to name but a few but you'll get them cheapest here.

Bought this to upgrade my WOT4 Foam E from the stock 920kv job which was adequate but just lacking a a little grunt. Very nice quality motor, well packed in its own perspex box (very useful for keeping bits'n'bobs in!) It fits directly in to the metal mount on the Wot4 without problem. I paired it with a 10 x 7 prop and found all areas - particularly vertical climbs were greatly improved. At £10.93 this is an upgrade well worth making. I see they're out of stock (in all kv ratings!) - no wonder!

Nice little motor for the price, I will buy more. Ok not as good as a AXI motor on power. but at this price it fine for hobbie flying. Quick deliver from Giantcod, Thanks.
