Purchased a couple of these for a dueces wild .which is now an affordable project thanks to Rob.These motors are fantastic value at at least a third of the price of the e flite power 32 and put out equal if not more power.Figures were with a new Gens Ace 3300 25c 4s (another great buy ,thanks again Rob!),using a turnigy 60a plush esc (factory settings)and an APC 12x8 RPM 9180 , Volts 15.05 ,Amps 56.2 Watts 846. Figures were taken at 10 degrees C so would be even better on a warm day

The circlip was not engaged in its slot and by pushing the shaft inwards the rear part of the motor would move backwards.I undid the grub screw that locks the shaft to the rear half ,moved the shaft forward very slightly and then pushed the circlip into to its slot, which it entered with a satisfactory click. I have only bench run the motor and this has been OK so far. I bought it to power the Magnatilla I am building.

Buy these XYH motors, they are very good. As Rob says they are marketed by almost every retailer under another name. You can pay up to three times the price for them that you will pay here. I have been there!
